manner. Polymeric nanoparticles are
suitable for delivery at target site through
nasal route, as nasal drug delivery system
has enormous advantages like effective
permeability , good bioavailability. So can
be used as first-line treatment in emergency
cases to achieve rapid therapeutic effects.

Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)which
is approved to treat the mental diseases &
can be delivered through nasal route rapidly & efficiently.
