The present study is undertaken to determine the gender (Sex role type/Androgyny) of the Information technology (IT) employees. It further compares the variables of burnout experienced by these employees’ basis their gender and their workplace flexibility status. These variables are Exhaustion, Cynicism and Professional Efficacy.
