Abstract: This study is an investigation on impact of job related factors towards Work related behavior among secondary school teachers with reference to Balaka, Malawi. A total 100 secondary school teachers were selected randomly to form as participants for the empirical study. Research questions were formulated to collect data. The objective of this study is to identify the job related factors of stress among teachers in secondary school at Balaka, to identify the impact of job related stress towards job related behavior. Researcher used descriptive research design to conduct the investigation. The survey research type was employed. Data were analyzed by using Pearson Coefficient correlation and Spearman correlation for identifying the relationship between Job related factors of stress and respondents’ work related behavior. This investigation reported that 91% of the respondents were experienced with stress. This study identified mainly four job related stress factors such as Students indiscipline, increasing temporary part time contract, dealing with violent behavior of students and Upgrading qualification while teaching. This investigation identified impact of work-related behaviors such as Not attending students’ needs, Loosing interest in teaching, Not preparing well for the classes, Transferring of aggression to students, attempting to leave a job and Lack of commitment to work.
