In this paper researcher have considered three Human Resource practices like: Employment Security, Organizational policies and Practices and Performance Appraisals of the employees working in various business organizations of South Gujarat region. Sample of 141 employees were taken. Gender wise analysis is done to understand the difference between the males and females’ perception towards theses three HR practices of the organizations. Employees working in various organizations like Telecom companies and FMCG companies are taken. Districts like Navsari, Surat, Valsad and Vapi are taken.
