ABSTRACT Marketing can be looked at as an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, delivering and communicating value to customers, and managing customer relationships in ways that also benefit the organization and its shareholders. E-Marketing is the process of marketing a brand using the Internet. E-Marketing or electronic marketing refers to the application of marketing principles and techniques via electronic media and more specifically the Internet. The terms e-Marketing, Internet marketing and online marketing, are frequently interchanged, and can often be considered synonymous. "Online Shopping" refers to purchasing items over the computer, rather than at a store - in person. There are many online stores to choose from and many ways to find them. There are also large shopping websites like Amazon.com, Shopping.com, and Pricegrabber.com that work at finding an item from multiple online stores and sorting them by things like price, location, style, etc. Most of these online stores take all major credit cards, not so much money orders, cheques and cash.
