Wrongful Conviction In Indian Criminal Justice System

This report investigates the false convictions that occur in the country. It includes ways to assist you get rid of your erroneous conviction. The treaty of UN and the rights of prisoner and how a prisoner may start their new life. It also discusses an undertrial prisoner whose appeal is pending before the Supreme Court, as well as how an accused is powerless to hire a counsel to represent him. This paper talk about the machinery which used for the speedy trial and how it is effective justice. It has data of the undertrial prisoner are having in jail.
