Communicating with disabled person will be a major problem in real time. In our daily life communication plays the pivotal role. With the rapidly evolving technology, one of the biggest enigma in the community is interacting with disabled people. The deaf and mute people communicate with their gesture language which is difficult to reach out to the able-bodied mortals. For breaking down this communication barrier between the normal people and disabled persons we need to learn gesture language but it would be difficult to some people to overcome this it requires a device which can translate the sign language to text or speech and text to sign or speech. In this paper we proposed a solution that provides a communication window which can be used by normal people to perform their desired operations which include translation of sign to text and vice a versa. The proposed scheme is based on CNN for classifying the gesture.
