Abstract
Cryptocurrencies have arisen as a cutting-edge and disruptive type of financial innovation that has the power to completely change the way crowdfunding campaigns and business owners generate money. The demand of cryptocurrency technology allows us to create secure, trusted and decentralized apps. Crowdfunding is a way of collecting currencies online by using small sum of capital from many individuals. The present websites don't offer the Contributor Assured Policy and don't give donors any control over their donated funds which is the primary issue with them. Therefore, we can offer a safe, secure, and transparent method for crowdfunding by using cryptocurrency system. Through the easily reachable social media and crowd funding websites, it is feasible to attract investors and entrepreneur. Our research considers how the development of cryptocurrencies may affect crowdfunding and entrepreneurial finance and analyses how cryptocurrencies might give entrepreneurs access to international capital, improve transparency, lower transaction costs, and use smart contracts for crowdfunding campaigns are part of this. The problems and dangers of creating cryptocurrencies, including as market volatility, security concerns, and regulatory issues, are also covered in the study.
