Abstract: Several nations around the world seriously undervalue the importance of mental health. We require creative strategies to raise awareness of the value of mental health in nations like India where it is stigmatized. The foundation of this paper is the principles of NLP and data collection. Users will be able to download a software, which collects data from their browser history in the background and produces a report. The Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) and data collection are the methodologies employed in this study. The user's browsing information is gathered and stored. The NLTK, which can evaluate the sentiment of the provided data, is used to process this data. This paper talks about text recognition and text analysis, and NLTK is based on Python and has both. India has a very high ratio of suicides to psychiatrists, which is approximately a factor of 300. This research will provide a solution for many people suffering from mental problems. The number of suicides and several other mental issues decreases as more people receive the assistance they require.
