| Abstract: | Text summarization is a procedure of creating a condensed version of a text while maintaining its key points and meaning. It is often a time-consuming task to do manually, which has led to increased interest in automating the process. Research in this area is motivated by the desire to make text summarization more efficient and effective. The focus of text summarization research is to develop methods that can automatically extract the most important information from a text and present it in a condensed format. This is particularly useful in scenarios where individuals or organizations need to process large volumes of text quickly and efficiently. Automated text summarization can also be used to extract key information from news articles, scientific papers, and other documents, making it easier for people to stay informed and up to-date. Text summarization can also be used to extract key information from meeting minutes, customer feedback, and other documents that contain valuable insights that would otherwise be time-consuming to extract manually. This is beneficial for businesses and organizations as it helps them to extract valuable insights without any difficulties from large volumes of data. Moreover, Automated text summarization can also be used to extract key information from social media platforms, customer feedback, and other documents, helping businesses to stay informed about their customers' needs and preferences. Additionally, it can be used in the field of education and research, where it can help students and researchers to extract key information from large volumes of text without undergoing cumbersomeness, thus saving them time and effort. |
