Abstract: The goal of this research project is to learn more about how customers choose personal care products for their own and their families' needs. The assumption behind studying consumer behaviour is that customers are players in the market. Our economy is robust because of the abundance of goods and services generated in our nation. Almost all things that are sold to customers come with a variety of options, from which the buyer must choose. The primary goals of this research are to determine how demographic factors affect customers' choices of personal care items and how their financial situation influences those choices. According to the study's findings, consumers' purchasing behaviour is influenced by demographic factors, and their financial situation is a major factor in the personal care goods they choose for themselves and their family members. Individuals with higher incomes tend to spend more on personal care goods, while those with lower incomes only spend a decent amount on them.
