The role of media in shaping public discourse within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is a topic of immense significance and scrutiny. This article delves into the nuanced ways in which media bias, both in Western and Turkish press, influences perceptions and narratives surrounding the conflict. Drawing upon case studies and analyses, it highlights disparities in language usage, framing of events, and the impact of religious and cultural influences. Moreover, it underscores the importance of non-violent solutions and ethical responsibilities of journalism in fostering balanced reporting and inclusiveness. Critiquing international media coverage, the article examines the demonization of both Israeli and Palestinian peoples and the impediments to peace arising from accusatory rhetoric. Ultimately, it emphasizes the imperative for media to strive for accuracy, impartiality, and the amplification of pro-peace perspectives to contribute meaningfully towards understanding, dialogue, and resolution within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
