| Abstract: | This study has been undertaken to assess the knowledge of high school students on swine flu with the view to develop information guide sheet. The objectives of the study were to assess the knowledge on swine flu among high school students, to find out association of knowledge with their selected socio- demographic variables and also to develop an information module on swine flu. A descriptive survey research design was adopted for the present study. the study was conducted on 50 samples in MP&EEW school, Sheela Nagar. the data was collected using self-administered questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. the study revealed that 94% of the respondents had inadequate knowledge ,6 percent of them had moderately adequate knowledge. However, nobody had adequate knowledge on swine flu. The mean score was12.44 with a standard deviation of 1.87 |
