This paper concern the systematic strategies in high performance liquid chromatography method development and validation. A rapid, sensitive and specific reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed. Two types of analytical chemistry i.e. Qualitative and quantitative analysis, Instrumentation and principle of HPLC, method development by using RP-HPLC was studied. In which assay of formulation is determine and graph plotted of linearity. Validation of an analytical procedure is to demonstrate that it is suitable for its intended purpose.The parameters described here according to ICH guidelines and include accuracy, precision, linearity of Azelastine HCl, Fluticasone propionate.
