Diabetes and associated brain disorders are major global public health issues. Implementing innovative dietary and therapeutic interventions is essential given the increasing diversity of affected individuals. Over time, diabetes mellitus has become more prevalent, with dire and costly effects on both human health and the economy. When battling diabetes, it's imperative to keep blood sugar levels in a healthy range. Because of the health advantages and medicinal qualities of moringa oleifera, it has been utilized for millennia. Type 2 diabetes may benefit from the use of herbal plants in treatment. Hu leaves of Moringa oleifera are used to treat type 2 diabetes. Moringa oleifera leaves contain chlorogenic acid, which may improve how well the body uses insulin to digest sugar. High moringa dosage. The Zingiberaceae family, which is a member of ginger, has several species that are known for their anti-diabetic and hypoglycemic properties. All major scientific articles from 2000 to 2018 on the antidiabetic potential of Zingiber officinale were reviewed. Cinnamon is one of the world's medicinal plants that have been used by people around the world every day, which may reduce the development of diabetes and its complications. It also has no major side effects.
