Abstract

Fibrolamellar HCC is an unusual variant of HCC showing varied imaging patterns with various benign hepatic lesions having similar imaging findings. A case of 40-year-old female who presented with abdominal pain for 10 days. An ultrasound was performed which showed a larger heterogenous mass in the right lobe of the liver followed by further investigation with computed tomography (CT, MRI). Serum alpha fetoprotein was not elevated, and hepatitis B antigen was negative.
