Abstract
Abstract The fast-paced digital transformation in the financial sector has greatly influenced Human Resource Management practices, particularly in financial institutions. This paper examines the significant effects of financial digitalization on HRM practices, highlighting how emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain and automation are changing key areas such as recruitment, talent management and employee engagement. With the rise of digital financial tools, HR departments are increasingly focused on upskilling and reskilling initiatives to align the workforce with evolving technological demands. As the financial industry adopts more flexible, digital ways of working, HRM must also adapt to support remote and hybrid work environments. This shift demands new strategies for maintaining employee productivity, inclusivity and wellbeing. Furthermore, automation of routine HR tasks, such as payroll and benefits management allow HR teams to focus on more strategic roles. While financial digitalization enhances efficiency and innovation, it also introduces challenges related to data security, compliance and ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. Overall, financial digitalization is reshaping HRM practices, driving the need for continuous learning and innovative approaches to workforce management in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
