During Pandemic an exhausted workforce was masked by way of higher self-assessed productivity. Even after the pandemic, the digital overload has increased and more online meetings are happening. This article gives an insight on how the pandemic lockdown affected the productivity of the different sections of society ranging from children to Gen-Z to parents. This article is different from other articles because it talks about inter-sectional diversity as well wherein it talks about women, working parents, non-employed parents across all industries and even touches upon the topic of climate change. In the end, it talks about the strategies deployed by these various sections for managing talent during pandemic.
