In this thesis, an exhaustive/meticulous comparative analysis is conducted, delving into the profound and far-reaching impacts of two monumental events - the Riyadh Season in Riyadh City and the Qatar World Cup in Qatar City. The research scrutinizes a wide spectrum of dimensions encompassing urban development, economic trajectories, societal dynamics, and environmental sustainability, employing a rigorous examination of primary and secondary data sources.
