Abstract

Cellular biological circadian clocks govern biological processes throughout the day and night. It has been clearly proven that hypertension in patients suffering from diabetes mellitus or metabolic syndrome is characterized by a disrupted 24-hour cycle. This observational survey-based study was conducted in various medical centers in Northern India at the duration of 6 months. In this study 180 patients was participate. Significant variations were also seen based on gender with male patients in the 40-50 age range reporting greater rates of hypertension and diabetes than female patients. According to investigations outcomes drugs administered in the evening have a significant Supra- additive effect on Diabetic and hypertensive patients. This study was evaluated the shorter pharmaceutical therapy durations are more advantageous for men than for women when using the balance of circadian cycle.
