This paper introduces a novel approach to posture recognition and real-time health monitoring using computer vision and neural networks. The proposed system utilizes a combination of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and EfficientNet for posture detection and fall recognition. It leverages real-time video feed from cameras, eliminating the need for wearable devices or manual intervention. The system is designed to proactively monitor users' postures, provide immediate corrective feedback, and trigger emergency alerts in case of critical health events such as falls. By integrating both posture monitoring and health assistance, the system addresses a gap in current wearable-based health solutions. This paper presents the system's architecture, methodology, dataset used, and its applications in healthcare, ergonomics, and rehabilitation. The proposed model has demonstrated high accuracy in detecting incorrect postures and falls, with the potential to significantly enhance patient care and workplace ergonomics.
