Attrition has been challenging to all the industries since years. In the pharmaceutical sector, managing and retaining skilled manpower has been a herculean task. Even more tough is controlling early attrition. Every time the researches try to understand the perspective of the employees with reasons for leaving the organizations. This research aims to uncover the perceptions of employers (specifically recruiters) regarding early attrition among new hires in the pharmaceutical industry across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. A structured interview questionnaire was used, targeting approximately 200 Talent Acquisition heads from diverse pharmaceutical firms in both states. With early attrition becoming a universal issue, fostering employee retention has progressively become a critical aspect of HR's role in ensuring business steadiness with experienced professionals. This study endeavours to establish whether there are any unique factors which can be addressed by the industry professionals.
