FraudGuard is an powerful personal security assistant designed to enhance digital identity protection, prevent fraud, and improve financial security. The system integrates real-time fraud detection, security monitoring, and intelligent task management within a unified dashboard. It aggregates login attempts, banking transactions, and email access logs to identify suspicious activities using machine learning models. FraudGuard employs location intelligence, anomaly detection, and automated alerts to safeguard users from unauthorized access and fraudulent transactions. Additionally, it offers smart reminders for financial deadlines and security maintenance, ensuring proactive protection against cyber threats. The platform is built using a robust tech stack, including FastAPI/Django for the backend, React.js for the frontend, and Scikit-learn/TensorFlow for machine learning. It connects with banking APIs (Plaid), social media APIs, and Google Calendar for seamless integration. With AES-256 encryption and cloud security measures, FraudGuard ensures data privacy while providing a user-friendly interface for managing security alerts, fraud history, and financial insights.
