Abstract
Governments need to cater to a huge number of responsibilities of a state. The working of state governments involves a huge number of transactions towards various operations that need to be carried out throughout the state. This includes new projects, repair and maintenance works, awarding contracts, paying government employees, farmer schemes, and so on. A major hurdle that the top government faces is low-level corruption, which is sometimes impossible to track and deprives the state of progress. Tracking it is a very difficult task due to the current system. To solve this issue, we propose a blockchain-based system that securely tracks government funds at every stage. Blockchain technology creates an unalterable chain of transaction records, each linked through encryption, ensuring that data cannot be tampered with. Our system incorporates AES encryption along with key pair generation, metadata decryption, and data verification algorithms to protect and authenticate transactions. Every transaction is recorded in a secure and transparent manner, verified by all connected nodes in the system. By implementing this technology, we can establish a highly secure, tamper-proof, and transparent fund allocation and tracking system. This approach ensures that all government transactions are traceable and verifiable, reducing corruption and promoting an efficient, accountable governance structure.
