Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) has recently been applied in wireless communication systems due to its high data rate transmission capability with high bandwidth efficiency and its robustness to multi-path delay. The main objective is to transmit the data with low bit error rate and error free transmission in the noisy environment. This is called as the Enhanced iterative LMMSE channel estimation algorithm (EI-LMMSE-CE).This algorithms have been proposed to achieve the future requirements such as very high convergence rate, less BER, robustness to noise. Also, it is shown that the resulting steady state mean square error (MSE) of the proposed algorithms are quite insensitive to changes in input signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The performance of proposed algorithms is analyzed in terms of BER, SNR, and MSE.
