This assay method was Development and Validation of RP-HPLC Method for Determination of Fosinopril Sodium and Hydrochlororthiazide in Bulk and in tablets. They were both drugs separated by using RP-HPLC on a RP- Agilent C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm I.D.) with particle size 5 µm was selected. On the basis of literature survey the mobile phase was acetonitrile and phosphate buffer was selected at 0.7 ml/min. The UV detector was operated the overlain spectra 233 nm was selected for the estimation of both drugs. Linearity, accuracy, precision, Ruggedness and System suitability test was found to be acceptable concentration ranges 12.5 – 62.5μg/ml for Hydrochlororthiazide and 10-50μg/ml for Fosinopril Sodium with a R20.999 and 0.999 values respectively, in this mixture of drugs.
