The present study is an attempt to study the level of teacher freezing of private and government secondary school teachers. Descriptive survey Method was used. A sample of 200 secondary school teacher was taken on the basis of random sampling method. The objective of the study is to compare teacher freezing of government and private secondary school teacher. ‘t’ test was used to analyse the data. Finding of the study were: (i) to study level of teacher freezing of private and government secondary school teacher. (ii) To study level of teacher freezing of male and female secondary school teachers.
