The study intended to find out the effect of human resource development on the employee of the productivity of the objective of the study was to determine the effect of HRD on employee descriptive research design both primary and secondary data were used the primary date was based on the human resource development of an organization strategy to improve the desired HRD achieve the management competencies of employee in order to proper policies that encourage employee retention which in the long run gives an organizational a good corporate the finding established that the availability of recruitment process organizational factors as experience academic qualification and aptitude tests makes the process and effective HRD efficiently.
