Hydroforming is a metal forming technique that uses pressurized hydraulic fluid to form desired metal component shape. It is very much effective compared to other cold-forming methods. Hydroforming is reasonable technology it is cost-effective and time-efficient. It's a smart technology to make hollow components which is not easily made by other forming processes. It provides evenly thickness. A complex structure and irregular shapes can be easily made by this process. In this wastage of material is minimum. It reduced the work time of manufacturing by providing shapes which is close to the final shape. It provides a superior surface finish with accurate dimensions. In recent times this technology is growing rapidly in automotive and aerospace industries for manufacturing different parts. It helps to produce light weight components which is very helpful with automotive and aerospace industries point of view.
