Stress is in general term we can say that its unavoidable part of everyone’s life living in this world. It illustrates a negative perception that can have an impact on peoples mental and physical health. The aim to write this paper is to helping people to understand the signal or manifestation of stress and to develop strategies to overcome and deal with it, as well as building up their own personal flexibility. This study will provide practical advice on how to deal with stress at workplace. This paper hints about that internal as well as external factors which are responsible for stress at workplace when there is a discrepancy between the demands of the job and the resources and capabilities of the individual workers or employees to meet those demands. In this paper we are trying to focused about causes and various strategies to prevent stress. And also trying to discuss about the role or process of the organization to identifying the stress at workplace
