Abstract: ABSTRACT In the current study, three compounds of 1-[1H-benzimidazole-1-yl-(phenyl)-methyl]-5-methyl-1,2-dihydro-2-(substituted)-3H-pyrazol-3-one derivatives were synthesized and biologically evaluated for in-vitro antimicrobial activity against gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli and gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus. The purity of all synthesized compounds were tested by TLC and also identify structure by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The all synthesized compounds have shown good to moderate antimicrobial activity against E. coli and S. aureus strains. Compound S1 show more zone of inhibition against gram negative bacteria and also S3 show more activity against gram positive bacteria.
