Abstract: The importance of the Human Resource analytics cannot be ignored. It can be further stated that the environment of today is quite modern and competitive and in the world of today, any kind of small or large business which do not use any kind of HR metric analysis is considered to fall behind. There are number of HR metric insights in which HR leaders are there to make better results so that better output can be achieved and can be used to improve Human Resource management which are used to improve HR practices. It is further stated that any kind of analytics used in the field of HR cannot be overlooked. The environment of today is quite competitive and modern. The aim of this paper is to review the impact of HR metrics on employee performance in banking sector
