| Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to explore the best practices implemented in school for development of students with relation to NEP. In new education policy 2020, Teacher education is vital in creating a pool of school teachers that will shape the next generation. This research emphasis that innovative and best practices are the essential tools for the development of educational system and nation. The innovative practices of value –added courses, school internship research, online mediation, Film club activity, community skill development and research circle for faculty are being followed. |
