AIM: The present communication deals with the Comparison of maximum possible qualitative, quantitative, and percentage yield phytochemicals of whole aerial parts including stem, spin, and leaves individually and mixture powder form with different extraction methods by using a hydroalcoholic solvent. Method: maceration and Soxhlation extraction method is used for secondary metabolites screening. Results: In this study, we have screened the presence of Cardiac Glycosides, Flavonoids, Phenolic compounds, Tannins, Saponins, phytosterol, Terpenoids & Triterpenoids, Quinones, carbohydrates, Reducing sugars in both Soxhlet and macerate extract. Quantitative estimation of flavonoids, phenolic, and tannins content in different extracts was the richest presence in macerate extract. There was a difference in pH and % yield on these two methods. Stem, spin, and leaves were subjected to macerate extraction due to the richest total content found then Soxhlet extract. Conclusion: There was a high % yield in the Soxhlet extraction method but quantitatively all total Flavonoids, Phenolic, and Tannins content was highest in macerate extract.
