The arena of artificial intelligence (AI) is a rapidly changing one globally. One of the early users of artificial intelligence is the banking industry. Banks are conduct experiment with and applying technology in a diversity of ways. Every day, artificial intelligence improves and becomes smarter.
The purpose of this study is to examine how artificial intelligence (AI) is used in the Indian banking industry and the difficulties that the subdivision has encountered in integrating AI. The study's objective is to investigate AI's applications in India's banking industry. The application of AI has had a significant impact, and it has benefited every customer. Due to the government's initiatives to promote financial inclusion and move India toward a digital economy, AI is essential for banking. This is only possible if India's financial sector uses AI extensively. The banking industry is set to experience a significant game-changing shift because to AI.
