Abstract: BACKGROUND : To maintain physical fitness levels, flexibility, endurance, lower body power is necessary. The aim of the study is to determine the flexibility, endurance, lower body power among female college students OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the flexibility by using sit and reach test, endurance by using 12 minute run test, lower body power by using standing broad jump. METHODOLOGY: An observational study of 150 female students of age group 18-25years were included in the study. OUTCOME MEASURES: The flexibility by using sit and reach test, endurance by using 12minute run test, lower body power by using standing broad jump. RESULT: For flexibility, majority of the subjects falls under the category of well below average with 24.7%. For lower body power most of the subjects are under the category of average 72.8%. For endurance in 32.9% most of the subjects are under the category of poor CONCLUSION : Flexibility in students were well below average level with (24.7%) which shows there will be muscular imbalances and risk of injuries during activities In lower body power the subjects were under the category of average (72.8%). So subjects can improve their power by plyometric training like hopping, jumps over hurdles etc. In endurance the subjects were under category of poor (32.9%).To improve , endurance training has to be done which includes running, jogging, dancing , cycling etc.
