| Abstract: | As competition is no longer between businesses, but between supply chains, effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) has become a potentially significant tool to protect competitive advantage and improve organisational performance. Mahindra Logistics Ltd.'s SCM management is conceptualised in this study, as are the links between SCM practises, competitive advantage, and organisational performance. Higher levels of SCM management, according to the findings, can contribute to a competitive advantage and greater organisational performance. Furthermore, competitive advantage can have a direct and positive impact on the performance of an organisation. The report is based on secondary data obtained from a variety of sources and discusses the company's financial performance. |
