Abstract: Learning English and teaching English has become inevitable in non-native English countries as the English language has become part and parcel of almost every existing field. People use it as the international language to communicate in many fields, from business to entertainment. The English language is essential for students as it broadens the minds, develops emotional skills, and improves the quality of life by providing job opportunities. There are a few important criteria for acquiring any language, among which grammar is essential. It helps to understand what makes a sentence clear and interesting to communicate. This paper aims to teach English grammar specifically prepositions to non- native English speakers. Although prepositions are few, it is important because it serves as structural markers in sentences, indicating unique relationships between people, objects, and locations. Students learn prepositions in a resource-rich environment where they can make connections, visualise, remember, and practice usage through listening, speaking, reading, and writing. By the end of the lesson, students will be able to distinguish prepositions of time and place from each other and other prepositions, and they can use prepositions as a great lead- in to writing activities, particularly those involving descriptions, a much-needed skill in narrative writing.
