| Abstract: | The study focuses on exploring the status of people regarding their social issues concern in the form of social issue advocacy. People now a day are involved in many social activities through social media or some events. But are they really concerned about social issues and whether they get involved in advocating social issues, whether in the form of rallies, demonstrations, social media campaigns, etc.? To know the status, the researcher conducted the study and collected data from 147 respondents. The data were analyzed on the basis of their level of social issue advocacy based on gender, age group, marital status, type of family, and profession. A Chi-square test was applied and a significant influence of marital status and profession on the level of social issue advocacy was observed. While gender, type of family, and age group have no significant influence on the level of social issues advocacy. |
