Abstract: The Stretching and bending of non-thermal plasma rough surfaces change the appearance of the specimen’s surface. The changes in surface structure can be defected in the polarized light scattered from the surface cracks and other defects of rough surfaces which act as scattering centers. In order to interpret light scattering signals from complex surfaces due to its roughness. We first examine the nature of light scattered from of surface structure have been the subject of much interesting study on materials science which employs many techniques to retable structure damage to perturbation in modern instrumentation specially in quantum optics.
