| Abstract: | Determine the market penetration of laundry services in metropolitan cities in India is the goal of this study. Research was conducted using quantitative method. 300 respondents from various Tier 1 cities in India answered questionnaire to get the data. Purposive sampling was the technique used to choose the respondents, and the requirement was that they had previously used laundry services. The study's findings showed how laundry service plays a vital part in the life of individuals especially with their hectic work schedules. According to this study, there should be more business opportunities in the laundry service sector. Working professionals and college students, particularly in Tier 1 cities in India, use laundry services more frequently than families do. |
