Abstract:
Diabetes is becoming one of the most widespread health burning problems in the elderly. Worldwide prevalence of diabetes among subjects over 65 years was 123 million in 2017, a number that is expected to double in 2045. Old patients with diabetes have a higher risk of common geriatric syndromes, including frailty, cognitive impairment and dementia, urinary incontinence, traumatic falls and fractures, disability, Diabetes is becoming one of the most widespread health burning problems in the elderly. Inference of the data collection was the population of less weight and low age group are leading with good quality of life with using only oral diabetic drugs and the population with higher age group and more weight are not leading good quality of life and they are dependent on insulin along with oral anti diabetic drugs.
