The sun drying system uses solar energy to warm the air and dry any loaded food item, which is advantageous in decreasing agricultural product waste and aiding in agricultural product preservation. A solar dryer is created to address this constraint because the natural sun drying has several limits, such as exposure to direct sunlight, vulnerability to pests and rodents, lack of sufficient monitoring, and rising costs of the mechanical drier. The design and construction of a residential passive solar dryer are presented in this project. The dryer is made up of an integrated solar collector (air warmer) and a solar drying chamber that is constrained by a rack of three cloth (net) trays. Air entering through air inlet is warmed by sun energy.
The use of spices is expanding globally on a daily basis. Some spices are healthy, while others are not. One of the priceless and essential ingredients in all kitchens is ginger. The traditional methods of processing ginger take a long time; thus, in this work, we want to replace them in order to increase capacity and shorten processing time
