| Abstract: | In order to address the health, nutrition, and development needs of children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and adolescent age group girls, the Integrated Child Development Services Scheme (ICDS), in which Anganwadi Centres (AWCs) are the focal point for service delivery, has been hailed as one of the largest and most innovative grass-roots early childhood development programmes. Objective: The goal of the study was to evaluate the skills and routines of Anganwadi workers (AWWs), as well as the availability of the necessary infrastructure for AWC under the ICDS. |
