The study has been conducted to get the thorough understanding of customer relationship management of ZARA. This study is based on the data collected through google form, focus Group and interview. The data has been analysed in a sense to understand customer satisfaction and relationship with the brand/company. The study concluded that, Zara is definitely doing well in a current scenario, customers want some good changes in the quality, pricing and behaviour, but overall, they trust Zara.
