A significant area of research has been speech synthesis, which is mostly based on Hidden Markov Models (HMM) and statistical parametric approaches. While these techniques have made it possible to create synthetic voices that are understandable and flexible, they have not yet reached the same level of excellence as unit-selection approaches, which entail choosing and concatenating recordings of actual human speech. The goal of research is to create models that accurately represent the intricacies of human speech. In this paper, a plan is presented to improve HMM-based voice synthesis by incorporating cutting-edge deep learning methods, particularly Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The objective is to raise the caliber of voices produced by HMM. Initial findings show that this method improves spectrum characteristics. Other essential voice factors, such as energy and basic frequency, require further study and experimentation. These initiatives are essential for improving the development of synthetic voices that sound more realistic and natural.
