The co- admnistration of ciprofloxacin and tinidazole is common therapeutic approach in the treatment of various infectious diseases. And also uses in as anti- amoebic broadly use in treatment of parasitic infections. It is used for the treatment of gastrointestinal infections such as acute diarrhea or dysentery, gynecological infections, lung infections and urinary infection. The objective of current investigation is validation and determination of combination of drug ciprofloxacin and tinidazole. The result obtained by the proposed method was compared with that obtained by the reference HPLC technique. Furthermore, the proposed method was successfully applied as stability‐indicating method for determination of tinidazole under different stressed conditions. The method showed good selectivity, repeatability, linearity and sensitivity according to the evaluation of the validation parameters.
