Materials and Methods
Two batches were prepared for these preparations. One batch was made by Khanda Sharkara and the second batch was made by Guda.
Results
Converting into granules with Guda (Jaggery) was found to be difficult, but replacing it with Khanda Sharkara yielded the desired characteristics of the granules.
