| Abstract: | This research provides an extensive examination of the persistent and persistent violations of human rights in the Kashmir region during Indian administration. A serious and persistent pattern of violations of human rights, including extrajudicial murders from occurring, enforced disappearances, torture, arbitrary detention, and significant limitations on fundamental freedoms, has been brought about by the ongoing conflict in Kashmir. In order to give readers a basic grasp of the issue, we explore the historical background of the Kashmir dispute in this essay.Subsequently with the objective to highlight the seriousness of the situation, we carefully examine the kind and scope of these violations of human rights. We also evaluate international reactions to the situation and consider ways to address these offenses and promote a peaceful resolution. This essay seeks to shed light on the complex problems related to human rights in Kashmir in order to advance knowledge of the matter and, eventually, the formulation of solutions. |
