Abstract: In order to give firms financial stability in the modern day, outsourcing has grown to be a crucial component of the sector. Due to the abundance of human resources in India, multinational corporations are eager to outsource their operations there. Previously, the IT sector was solely chosen by men as their source of employment, but more and more women are now employed in this sector. Even though not everything in Indian ITs is perfect, the work culture of these companies has grown to appeal to young Indians. IT workers face a variety of stressors, including work-life balance, project deliverables, working on metrics, electronically monitored work, cultural adjustments, and more. Which have made workers more stressed? Initiatives to capitalize on the pool of female potential are being undertaken in today's corporate work culture. The corporate workforce now has to focus more on winning the talent war as a result of economic globalization, and India's educated professional women are a valuable resource that shouldn't be underappreciated or underutilized. Additionally, corporate priorities on gender inclusivity and diversity have shifted. Even though the IT sector has been seen as one that encourages women's empowerment, there are still certain unethical practices in this field, such as gender prejudices, a glass ceiling, stereotyped work cultures, and security concerns. Scholars have also drawn attention to the disparities in gender while discussing the effects of stress.
